Szayel had had a rip-roaring time at Nocturne last night. Well, not really, but it was more exciting that usual. He had made new aquaintances and even got to watch a fight. It was pretty eventful. Even so, Szayel was glad that it was now Saturday. He had decided to go to the bookstore that day. Everytime he went, he couldn't help himself, but to go to the history section. He found himself constantly searching for books about 17th century England. His reasons for being so were because of his past. He also enjoyed finding things he didn't think he would. He had even found a book before that had him in it! It was highly exaggerated, but it still was something he recognized. Although, they never spelt his name right, making it sound completely different as "Sayelas Apuro". He hated this, but it wasn't like he could do anything. He had, of course, bought this book, and continually found himself looking for similar stories to see if he had been in any more. He had not yet found one, but he had a feeling there were more than one.

Nick walked into the bookstore. He didn't know why but something about the way people felt when they had wrote every word in a book fascinated him. He went over and looked at the Historic books.
He was a big believer of history repeating it's self..and maybe if that were true he could find a book on a person just like him." He kept skimming when he saw a guy with orange hair out of the corner of his eye.
"Wonder what he is looking for?" He thought while looking at the book titles.

Jessa and Aralynn walked into the bookstore, and Jessa's eyes lit up like a little child on christmas morning. As always the sight of so many books caused her pulse to quicken just a little. Her fingers itched to run over the spines of the books, to pull them from the shelves, open them up and take a sniff. She loved the way books smelled. Yes, she was somewhat of a nerd, but she had to learn to live with the fact, because she didn't see it changing any time soon.
"Any certain section you want to check out first?" She whispered to Aralynn, as if they were in a library rather than a bookstore in the mall.

Aarlynn gave her friend a blank expression as she saw Jessa look around beaming with excitement. Aaralynn loved books herself, but her fascination was nothing in comparison to Jessa's. Trying to ignoring the starry glaze her friend's eyes were giving off Aaralynn yawned and stretched, a little tired from her lack of sleep. "Umm.. I dont know, perhaps the section where there's a selection of poetry?" She was in the process of another yawn but was cut off as Jessa tugged at the sleeve of her shirt and began to lead her. "How do you even know where everything?" Aralynn asked as she tried to keep up with Jessa's pace. Jessa smiled at her friend "I don't really.." she plainly stated and softly laughed at Aarlynn's expression.

As if to prove that she didn't know exactly where the poetry section was, Jessa led her friend to the history section that was already occupied by two guys. One seemed to be scanning a book for something, and the other was simply well.. she couldn't tell what he was doing.
"Hm, I could have sworn that the poetry section was here last time. I bet they moved it around.. that should be a crime.. or they should have better mapping. You'd think you'd find that in a bookstore." She said and shook her head.
She looked around, standing on her tip toes in order to get a better view of all the signs around them. "Hm, maybe its over there?" She asked and pointed past Szayel and Nick.

Szayel heard all three new arrivals and closed the book he had his nose in. He looked to see a familiar face. He saw that Jessa girl. He had sworn she was at Nocturne last night. He decided to find out, rather than be quiet about it. He put the book back and put his hands in his pockets. He walked up to the two girls and spoke. "Say, weren't you at Nocturne last night?" He said to Jessa.

Nick couldn't think with all the talking so he looked over to see what as going on, then slightly froze when he saw the girls standing there talking to the redhead. "I guess he must know them from somew-oh..the nightclub..that makes sense.." He says silently then finds a chair and sits down.

Jessa was surprised to see the redhaired guy walking over toward them, she moved slightly incase he was wanting to pass them by, but he surprised her again when he stopped right in front of her and Aralynn.
"Yeah actually Aralynn and I were there last night. I'm surprised that you noticed me though," she started, and her cheeks turned a light shade of pink, a nervous giggle escaped, "I tend to blend in with the crowd."
She looked at the boy who sat down, he just seemed kind of sad for some reason.. like how sadness and anger just tend to radiate off of some people, thats how it seemed with this guy. Jessa wasn't sure what caused him to be so sad, but she wasn't about to go over to him and put her nose in his business. She quickly looked away before he noticed she was staring.
She looked back at the redhaired guy, "So I'm assuming you were there too huh? I guess I could crack a lame joke and ask if you're stalking me now." She said, and instantly wished she hadn't.. cracking lame jokes was one way that she dealt with nervousness.

Szayel let a single chuckle out at how bubbly the girl seemed. "Yeah, I was there, but you didn't really blend in too much." Szayel looked at the boy that Jessa looked at and instantly knew that the boy had depression written all over his face. He decided not to stare. Szayel chuckled at the girl's humor. She made the air suprisingly light and made it seem like happiness was viral. Szayel couldn't help but crack a small smile. "Hey, who said I wasn't stalking you two?" Szayel had made an attempt to joke back, seeing no reason to stay stoic. What would trying to make friends hurt?

Nick could feel there stares. He didn't know why they were, but guessed since they looked away that it wasn't to make fun of him. At the moment he was seeing if they were just the regular people he saw every day, or the supernatural.
He picked up a book and started to read it, but also kept his ears open to there conversation for anything suspicious."

Aralynn looked back and forth between Syzel and Jessa. She wasn't particularly moved by Syzel's joke, but of course she was used to Jessa and pretty much immune to her awkward yet cute introductions as well. She was a little confused trying to figure out what the two were trying to avoid staring at. She blinked twice as she leaned to the side slightly to see a boy reading. He seemed so engrossed by the book he was holding, yet she couldn't help but sense some depressing aura around him, it was kind of gave a combination an alluring yet concerning sensation for her. She quickly snapped out of her little trance and gave a polite yet forced smile towards Syzel. She giggled and put her arm around Jessa's shoulder "Jessa's always modest. She doesn’t really realize how much she can stand out at times, but its the modesty and her cluelessness that makes her even more interesting." She took another quick glimpse at the boy reading. "Well, it was really nice meeting you." She said smiling sweetly at the red haired boy and sticking her hand out as if to give a proper goodbye. "I'll be right back." She whispered at her friend and left the two alone. She walked towards the boy reading the book. Aralynn wasn't one to like conversing with people she didn't know, but she was never one to turn a blind eye either when she felt that something wasn't right. She always felt obligated to make sure those around her were content which was kind of hypocritical of her since she herself hates receiving help. "Hi." She chimed, looking at the boy. Though immediately regret ran through her as he looked at her with complete indifference.

Nick looked up and saw one of the girls talking to him. He froze again, this time his hands kinda shook. "M-may I help you?" He asked her. He was really suprized that someone actually wanted to talk to him. Usually he would sit in here and watch everyone stare at his hair for awhile. Though from what he noticed, she wasn't looking at his hair.

Amaryllis walked into the bookstore, wearing, for once, sandals, and walked right to the poetry section, searching the isles. She hid behind the book she picked out at random and walked over to the chairs where she sat down, hoping no one would notice her and point her out when her butler came to find her. She noticed other people around her but hid her face in her book anyway, discovering it was pretty good and got into it, curling up on the chair and putting the book on her lap to read.

Aralynn didn't respond for a few seconds, her face hard and analytical as if she was trying to read the boy's thoughts. For some reason she couldn't bring herself to blatantly ask what was wrong like she initially had planned. Her face softened immidiately however when she realized the boy's discomfort. She gave her signature forced yet sweet smile as an attempt to make him feel more comfortable around her. "I hope you don't mind, but I was curious to know what you were reading." She said leaning over his shoulder to glimpse at the page he was on. "You seemed to be really into it." She looked away from the page and back to the boy's face while the smile remained on her lips. "I'm Aralynn Rosevelt by the way."

Nick's eyes never left hers, and he watched as she looked at the pages he was looking at and drew the book closer to himself. "I-it's nothing..." he said and listened to the rest of what she had to say. "H-how could you tell me your name so easily??" He said confused by her upfrountness towards him. She was different then the rest, he guessed he could say his name to her, maybe he could find out some more about that little group if he did. "My name is Nick Hampton...it's n-nice to meet you." he says still nervous due to the fact she was still a girl and any girl freaked him out.
