Mr. Van Kleiss is a very sadistic man. He absolutely hates adamites for the simple reason that they are inferior to him, which is also he hates all other vampires. He sees himself as the unannounced king. He has many zombified slaves who are all his "loyal subjects". He may be extremely dignified, but he has an ungodly temper. If things do not go as he plans, he explodes, though his plans are almost always successful. He is very malicious in his treatment toward his slaves and doesn't care if he kills one or two. Although his disposition is very king-like and royal, he is not scared to fight or get his hands dirty, and he does fight very dirty at times. He hates failure and will prevent it at any costs.
Appearance
Mr. Van Kleiss, although his age denies it, looks to be only in his thirties. He is incredibnly well-built, there being an almost exemplary balance of muscle and flesh, not being too muscular to look huge, but not too scrawny to look weak. His skin is incredibly grey and has an almost greenish tint to it, but it's almost never noticable. He has long black hair and wrinkles under his eyes, which are (his eyes) grey as his face. He wears a long, black coat that goes to his knees and grey, old-fashioned pants with black, old-fashioned shoes. He also wears a large, gold, necklace looking collar that doesn't come off.

History:
Mr. Van Kleiss has forgotten his old life before the past 1000 years. He remembers vaguely why he wears the collar he does. When he was much younger, he was captured by a cult that lived to exterminate the threat of supernaturals. He was made a slave for years before he regained freedom and made them all his first slaves. Before he was free, they put a slave collar on him, and it was made to weld to weld to his skin, so it is irremovable. His hatred burned so bright that it pushed the memories of his life before then out of his head. He only remembers that he has been the king of an ever-growing kingdom for over a millenium.

Strength:
Mr. Van Kleiss is a tactical and strategic genius. He hasn't lost a battle of wits in many, many years and is incredibly strong, even for a vampire. He is nearly indestructable in many aspects, including physically.
Weakness:
When Mr. Van Kleiss becomes fatigued, his skin much less resembles that of iron. He has moments of weakness when injury is possible, like hitting him before he's ready to attack or after he uses up alot of his power. Another vulnerability is his bloodlust. If he goes too long without blood, he becomes weak and sluggish. He is also incredibly weak to light-based attacks. When his temper gets the best of him, he loses his composure and becomes reckless.
Special Ability:
Mr. Van Kleiss can control the deceased. He can make the dead rise, no matter how decomposed unless they are dust, but can also control spirits or "ghosts" to a limited extent. He can suck a person dry of blood and they will still act as his slave until they are unusable. As long as they have a body and are dead, they are under his sovereignty. He also has sovereignty over the vampires he sired.
