Personality:
Veyda is the kind of person who you cannot say "no" to. It's her way or the highway. She is a bit of a show-off, but when it comes to learning, she is all business. Although, she does get some joy out of the harsh, barking orders she gives to her students, be it in the Hunter Academy or Shadow Crest Academy. She is not above trash-talk and will often refer to her students as "maggots", "scabs", or "sissies". She is incredibly fun-loving and has a sweet tooth, but is very aggresive and assertive. She may be incredibly harsh, but she has nothing but unconditional love for her daughter... even if they express it for each other strangely...
Appearance
Veyda has light colored skin and hazel eyes. She has raven-black hair. Veyda is about 5"8 and shaped very well, for she stays in as perfect shape as possible for her job and role. Veyda often wears a black spaghetti strap and jeans cut into shorts when in public, but her work clothes are a dark grey sweat-jacket, matching sweat pants, and a red baseball hat.

History:
Veyda grew up in the home of two hunter parents. Most hunters are supposed to be enthusiastic about their work, but Veyda's parents were extra enthusiastic. Her father was a hyperactive, hyperviolent man who never took no for an answer and her mother was the kind of girl you did not tread on. In short, Veyda was raised to be the toughest hunter in the world. When Veyda was 20 years old, she accidentally got pregnant and gave birth to her "wonderful" daughter, Laurel. Her lover left as soon as he found out, so Veyda raised Laurel by herself. It was rough, but Laurel turned out to be almost exactly like her mother, to her joy. Veyda was skilled enough to be given the job of being a teacher of combat in hunter training. However, this didn't seem to be enough for her, so lately she's taken a job at the Shadow Crest Academy as the Physical Education teacher.
That thing you do
Strength:
Veyda is incredibly skilled with melee and has invaluable experience dealing with some very rough situations and creatures. She is a great fighter and will not hesitate to.. ahem, "kick necessary ass".
Weakness:
Veyda is very headstrong and can't use runes very well. They usually fail on her when she uses them.
Weapon of Choice:
Veyda uses an enchanted pitchfork as her weapon that burns flesh on contact. Her students say it fits her image.
