"That'd be nice," she said to his offer to bring pictures, "And I should be coming back to the school sometimes, too. Mrs. Hampton's gave us positions as substitutes for the art class for me and the music class for Brianna," she found herself getting giddy over the thought of seeing more of Raphael, "But if it's too much trouble to bring it to the school, then you could show me somewhere else," she smiled.
She thanked Pepper when the server gave them their drinks. As Pepper walked away, Gianna found herself thinking of what colors she'd mix together to get Pepper's hair color. She lightly shook her head, laughing at herself.
"So Raphael, how long have you lived here?" she distracted herself from Anti and Brianna's closeness (and took the opportunity to get to know more about Raphael!). She still wasn't sure what she thought about Anti...but Brianna seemed happy. She opened the menu and looked through some of the courses.

Grapha smiled wider. "Likewise." Grapha closed his eyes and offered his hand. "Yes, you two are quite the names, even in the council of Tamriel. Your brother is rather well know in combat. Just as you're a name of wisdom, Ms. Brightmore."

"Ah yes, the usual," Pepper wrote Szayel's order down, "You're in luck. We just got a fresh supply in," she liked to keep what was shipped in on the DL since many adamite customers didn't know of the existence of vampires...or any other supernaturals.
"Hey Neah!" she grinned, "Yeah, I've worked here for a while. It's really great! I get to meet so many people," her tail would have been wagging, but it wasn't out, so her bottom was wiggling slightly, "And it looks like half the town's coming in today!" she stepped a little closer to Neah as if she were about to tell a dark secret, "Did you see Raphael and Anti? They're sitting with these two adamite girls. I've never seen them before, but it's sooo cute!" she gushed, "Oh, but you probably don't wanna hear that," she laughed nervously, "I'll be right back with your drinks!"
She looped over to where Nate and Belle were sitting, "Hey you two! You already know my name, so I'll go ahead and say that I'll be your waitress today. Can I start you out with some drinks?" once again, she handed out the menus.

Once Riley heard the exchange between Pepper and Szayel, she knew that Chimera definately served blood and she decided that she should go ahead and order that as well. But she didn't want to be so.. open with it. So she waited for their waitress, Pepper, to move away from the table before she stood up, carrying her menu with her.
She approached the table that was occupied with the hunter male and the sorcerer female, and smiled slightly. "Pardon me a moment, please?" she said politely and turned to look at Pepper, very nervously.. she was definately uncomfortable.
"I'm sorry to interupt while you're waiting on another table, but I'd like to add something else to my order.." she said quietly, then she brought the menu up to block her lips from anyone else's view other than Pepper's, as if she was whispering a secret.
"Could I also order a cup of... blood, please? In a styrofoam cup with a lid?" She asked, saying the word "blood" with great distaste.

Brianna giggled slightly as Anti poked her side. "Hey, I was only doing that because it seemed like I was being taxed to sit by you." She smiled, and when Anti said that books bored him, her smile widened.
"See Gi? I'm not the only one that doesn't enjoy books." She stated as she saw Raphael and Gi looking at Anti and her already.
"What are you two.." She started then heard Raphael's comment and smirked. "And you flirting with my cousin isn't obvious." She chuckled and looked at a menu.
"Yeah, I can't stand books either..I would rather do what they right in the books in real life.." She grinned.

As Nate stated to talk, Annabelle looked straight at him. When he asked her if she believed they could overcome anything, she looked down at the table.
"I'm not saying that Nate..." She stated, not trying to clarify everything.
"But if we are going to have this conversation here, I guess I should down right say it. Nate, I watched my father die, right infront of my very eyes. He burned to death, saving me..." She said, taking a very deep breath to make sure that she didn't break down again.
"I-I couldn't do anything Nate, I couldn't save him, and I swore to myself I would protect anyone else I cared about." She said then looked back up at Nate, still still holding his hand rather tightly.
"So trust me when I say, if you would have died...I don't know what I would have done Nate. I wouldn't mentally be able to take it." She said very quietly then looked over at Pepper and gave the best fake smile she could give.
"It's good to know you will be our waitress today, um..as for drinks..I'll just take a water." She stated in a rather nonchalant way.

Raphael smiled happily at Gianna after thanking Pepper for the drink. He was really enjoying himself. He found Gianna more endearing the more he got to know about her.
"Anything that would bring a smile to your face is no trouble at all, it would be an honor. I'm really glad to hear that Mrs. Hampton can see great talent when it presents itself. I'm sure that the students will love having you...both of you.. as substitute teachers." Raphael said, quickly fixing what he said to include Brianna as well, though he's eyes never left Gianna.
"But I guess that there's no need to wait until you find yourself at the school again, if tonight goes well, which I believe it will, then maybe we can make a date to get together and I'll show you the pictures." he said.
He gave an embarrassed chuckle when Brianna said that he was flirting with Gianna, "Yes well, it would be difficult to not show your cousin attention."
When Gianna asked him how long he's lived in Shadow Peak, he took a sip of his drink to think about his answer. "Well, I've lived here a few years now. I was.. drawn here by the mysteries of the town."

Nate was looking at Belle, but before he had the chance to respond, Pepper had showed up. He didn't take his eyes away from Pepper, but he did say, "I'll have a water too please." he answered.
He waited for Pepper to walk away, then he cleared his throat. "I'm sorry Belle, I'm sorry that you had to witness such a terrible thing, and I promise that I'll never let something like that happen to you again. We've both suffered a terrible loss, and the thought of losing someone else that we care about is very frightening. So I think that we just have to try to play it safe from now on, to make sure that the other doesn't ever have to suffer that kind of pain again." He said, rubbing Annabelle's fingers with his thumb.
"Because I honestly can't picture my life without you, mi amore." he said, and brought her hand up to his lips to kiss it.

"Ut oh, lover boy got caught huh?" He said, grinning when he heard Brianna saying that Raphael was flirting with Gianna. He chuckled, then did it again when Brianna said that she also thought books were boring.
"I agree, why read a book about something when you can live it? Not to mention, real life is always more fulfilling. If I really want to experience fantasy, I'll go watch the movie." he said and shrugged.
"So see anything good on the menu?" He asked Gianna since she was the only one checking out the menu." But then he looked down at Brianna, "Too bad we can't order desert before the main course because they're delicious, though none of them are as sweet as you." He said and winked.

Gianna only shook her head at her cousin, an amused smile playing at her mouth. She nearly said, "Well, now I know two people who don't read," in a teasing way, but wasn't sure if that would come off right or not. Sometimes she held back from saying things because she didn't want to offend anyone. She chuckled at Brianna's comment about Raphael flirting with her.
Then her full attention was back to Raphael, she found herself trying to hold back a blush when he said that it was difficult to not give her attention, "I hope your right. Maybe they'll like my eccentric ways," she said in reply to him saying that the students will love having her...and her cousin as substitute teachers. She smiled at Brianna's sudden addition to the sentence. She didn't comment on it though. When he basically asked her out on another date, she smiled sweetly at him, "I'd like that," she thought that maybe she could show him her sketches then too.
"The town does have a certain...pull to it," she admitted, "Brianna and I barely glanced at the name and immediately wanted to at least stop by the town."
Anti barely managed to pull her attention away from Raphel, "Ah," she had forgotten about the menu, "There's so many choices, it's a tough decision," she quickly glanced through it. She managed to casually look up though when she heard Anti's comment to Brianna about her being sweeter than dessert. She turned the comment around in her head. Did it have a hidden meaning? She wished that she could sense that and not lies. Lies gave her a headache after a while...but maybe the hidden meaning thing would be worse. Those happen more often than lies...or so she thought. Deciding to take it as a perfectly innocent comment, she looked back down at the menu.

Pepper was so giddy about Raphael and Gianna that she didn't notice Belle's negative mood. Or Nate's, "Okay, two waters," she chirped, "Be right back," she started to turn away when the vampire from Neah and Szayel's table came up to her.
She actually noticed that she seemed to be uncomfortable with something. Pepper leaned toward her to hear what she said, "Ahhhhh," she nodded her head, understanding what the vampire wanted, "Sure, I can get you that," she flipped her notepad to the vampire's order and added the order, "I'll have it right to ya!"
She was about to head back to the kitchen to get the drink orders, but then she saw that Nate was kissing Belle's hand, "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!" she found herself cooing, "You two are SO cute!" this was a great day to work. So much love was floating around! She wanted to stay and say more, but decided that she would talk to them about gushy romance when she was giving them their drinks. So she skipped over into the kitchen.

Brianna smiled at Raphael's responce, though she wondered if he said that to Pepper too. Just with that fact she turned her head quickly towards Anti, hoping he would come up with conversation that would entertain her and man, did he do so.
"Movies huh? With me, it depends on the movie...I like the action movies..but chick-flicks? My cousin can have those..what was that one movie you took me too? Pride and Prejudice? Yeah...I didn't understand that movie at all..." She snickered then became rather curious about the menu too after Anti brought it up.
"Oh really? Well, that is always good..." She said to her cousin then looked over at Anti as he brought up his statement about dessert and how she was sweeter then them. She giggled and elbowed his arm lightly.
"Is that a pick-up line I hear? Well, even so...that is very nice of you to say, thank you. However, I don't think there is a flavor like you...unless it was like a tangy yet spicy mix..." She said, not really thinking about what she was saying, this tended to happen when she tried to clarify herself.

Annabelle watched as Nate's eyes never left hers and gave a slight smile with him understanding where she was coming from, well, at least she thought so.
"It's fine Nate.." She started then as he kissed her hand, a familiar blush crossed her cheeks, and only got worse with Pepper's comment.
"How come, wherever we go, we always have a crowd, watching our every move?" She giggled then noticed something.
"Nate...I truly wanna know..what.." She said then tried to think of the right words.
"What happened to you? With your parents I mean...nevermind." She said as she looked away, but then looked back, a soft smile on her lips. "I shouldn't ask you that..." She said, hoping that would just push off the comment she just said.

"Yes, it does have that pull.. many of the people you meet that aren't natives from here will also probably say that they were drawn to this place. I doubt there are many places like this throughout the world." He said, then he looked at his menu as well.
He wasn't really hungry, but he thought it would be best to order atleast something small. His only reason for coming was to spend more time with Gianna.
"Do you see anything that interests you yet?" He asked Gianna.

"Spicy yet tangy huh? I like that.. just enough heat to be noticed but not hot enough to burn," Anti chuckled as he rubbed his arm where Brianna elbowed him. It didn't hurt, but he couldn't help but rub it.
"Action movies are the best, I wouldn't be caught dead watching a chick-flick. I blame movies like that for people thinking vampires shimmer in the sun." He said and rolled his eyes.
