What Makes You Who You Are
Personality:
Ciar has a calm and regal air about him. He's sort of your dark prince. He can be charming and he can be malicious. If you want a favor from him, he'll want something in return be it another favor or your first born child. Like all Faye, he has a mischievous quality about him. Naturally, he plays pranks on people, only he has a rather sadistic way of going about it at times. He has a good temper, but if anyone gets on his bad side, beware. He holds a grudge for a long, long time. And when he holds a grudge, he's not going to give you the silent treatment or send you death glares. He'll make you scream.
Appearance
His eyes are mostly an eerie blue that sometimes appears to be purple. The reason is because his eyes are ringed with purple around the pupil. His wings are black and have a smoky quality about them that make them seems sort of like shadows. Some people would describe him as storybook prince worthy when it comes to his looks.

He has a father and a mother, both fey. He also has a younger sister.
History:
Ciar was born first prince of the Unseelie court. That is, the court of the more malicious faye that are more likely to want to harm adamites than help them. He learned early on the harsh truths of being kind or considerate to other unseelie. It only leads to trouble. It entangles you in obligations that you have no wish to keep. So he learned to be cruel from a young age. In his early teens, he discovered that having power over a person via promises were very useful. You could get them to take someone out for you and you didn't have to get your hands dirty. Recently, he has heard that the Chosen One has finally showed up. Now he wanders throughout Shadow Peak in hope of entangling her in his web of promises. (Also, he wants to get away from his mother who is constantly bugging him about finding a bride...sure, he wants one someday, but repetitive urging of a potential wedding isreally irksome)

He can be a little vain and full of himself. Sometimes he takes insults too far.
