Harley is... your typical biker chick. She has a temper, but it takes her a little while to lose it. She's very cat-like. Harley is also very aware of the fact that guys find her attractive, and is not beyond flirting.. with any guy.. to get what she wants. She comes off as easy going when she wants to, and can sometimes be laid back. She's the type that does whatever she has to to get what she wants.
Appearance
Harley prefers to dress in clothes that show off her body (usually leather). She's fairly tall with great legs. She dyes her hair, but it's naturally blonde. Her eyes are two different colors, one blue and one green. It's not "too" noticable, but she likes it.

History:
Harley's parents are both bikers, they're in a biker gang called "Hell's Angels" which is how her father met her mother. They had decided to name Harley after their favorite bike (harley davidson) in fact, if she had been a boy, her name would have been Davidson. Harley was raised in the biker gang and so she loves bikes also. She began a life of crime at a pretty young age and soon became a very talented cat burgular. There's not a lock or a museum that she can't break into. She also has a thing for music and bands.. which is what drew her to Anti. She and Anti were dating before Anti became a vampire, but she didn't tell him what she was.. until she decided that she was going to change him in order for him to stay with her forever because she believed that they'd be a perfect match. Not long after she changed him, he decided to break up with her and move away. She has now decided to find him and get him back.

Strength:
She has a pretty good sense of humor and can be pretty laid back.
Weakness:
She's rather stubborn and can be very self-centered.
Special Ability:
Harley's special ability is time control. She's able to basically slow down time to where it's barely moving (or perhaps its where she can speed up to warp speed to make everything else seem like it's moving slowly). However, it is not without a price. She can only manipulate time for half an hour at a time, and only a certain number of times within a time period. (Like 3 times in one day). If she over-uses her power, it takes it's toll on her by causing her to age.. though her youth regenerates as long as she doesn't REEAALLYY overdo it. If she really over uses it, her life force is shortened. She may be a vampire with a great ability, but due to her ability, it is possible for her to die.
