Szayel grabbed his drink and looked in it. The cup was almost empty now, thanks to Bree. He drank what was left and tossed it behing his back. "Not really." Szayel looked over to where Eve was looking and realized it was at the girl. Szayel looked back to her and asked, "What about you?"

"I've been here long enough to consider myself a native," Eve answered, not really offering up more information. She ran her fingers through her black and red bangs then let her hand drop back down to the counter and tapped it. The woman behind the counter set another glass of the red liquid, and also set another glass of whatever Szayel had been drinking onto the counter for them without saying a word.

Bree hopped onto the other seat next to Szayel and ordered an ice tea. After taking a sip once it was delivered, she placed it on the counter. She started swinging her swivel chair from side to side.
"I just moved here to search for my Uncle. I heard that this place had a high population of," she lowered her voice just a tad bit and cupped one side of her mouth as if she were telling a secret, "supernatural creatures.. but so far you two are the ones that I've really noticed. I almost didn't notice you either. Guess my sensor needs working on," she said and pointed to her head. She giggled slightly and took another sip of her tea.

Szayel raised his glass to his mouth and drank it quickly with no breaks for breathing. He put the cup down and sat down as well. "Really..." Szayel said coldly to Eve. "That must be pretty long, considering you don't sound like you're from here." Szayel knew she was from the U.K., or at least had the accent. He was also an out-of-towner, though he worked on getting rid of whatever accent he had. He never used it anymore. It also took him a while to catch up on slang, but after so long, he just picked it up like the kids of today. "Who's your uncle?" Szayel added after Bree spoke.

Bree put her finger up to her chin and looked away, attempting to think. She then pointed up at the ceiling the instant the thought she was trying to reach became available. A sheepish grin took over her face.
"He's actually my great-great uncle. His name is Julius Rainmaker. He's suppose to be a really talented Sorcerer and I heard that he lives here. Or atleast this is the last town we've had word on him occupying. Apparently he likes moving around a lot." She looked back at Szayel and the sheepish grin disappeared only to give way to her normal grin that held a hint of mischief, "Have you heard of him?"

Szayel ordered another drink and drank from it deeply. "Not really." Szayel was now leaning on the counter. "I guess he's supposed to be incognito, then, if he's traveling so much. He might be using a fake name." Szayel said tonelessly.

"A.. fake... name?" Bree asked as if the idea was foreign to her. She sighed deeply and half leaned, half crashed into the counter after she turned her back to it. Her head dropped, her chin now touching her chest in a defeated manner.
"How am I suppose to find him then? I came all this way and it looks like it was for nothing!" She continued more so to herself, leaning toward dramatic.

Eve raised her dark eyebrows and watched Bree's theatrics, she glanced at Szayel as if to ask 'Is this girl for real?' then let out a sigh of her own.
"There's always ways to find a person if you know who you're looking for. It doesn't matter what name he's going by. Anyway, don't Sorcerers have spells that help locate family members?" She asked in a slightly annoyed tone.
She then looked once more at Szayel, "I have been here almost as long as Shadow Peak has been a town." She answered, contiuing their earlier conversation before returning her attention to the dramatic Sorcerer.

Szayel looked over at Bree and raised an eyebrow. She was definitely hamming it up. "... Yeeeeaaah..." Szayel finished his new cup and put it back down. He wiped his mouth and continued to look at Bree, for she obviously wasn't done. He almost didn't acknowledge eve's remark, giving her a flat "mmm..."

Bree covered her face with both hands, then slid them down her face, letting out a sigh. Then she looked at Eve, "Yeah... usually thats what a Sorcerer would do, but I've never actually met my Great Uncle, so I'm not sure if it would work.. and even if I had met him, I don't know if I'd be able to do the spell." She said, then looked down at the ground.
"I'm not too good with complicated spells, thats why I came to find my Uncle.. to ask him to tutor me." She added quietly in a bashful tone.
A thought came to her and she quickly looked at the two vampires, a smile spreading across her face. "Hey! Don't vampires do some kind of magic?" She asked.

Izzy was walking into Nocturne looking for clues to find the Ancient who killed his best friend. So far he had gotten nothing. Where the heck could he have hidden? Izzy wondered to himself. It was then when he noticed some girls walking into nocturne and one of them really caught his attention.

Annabelle slows down as she reaches the entrance of Nocturne and looks behind her. 'The others shouldn't be too far behind me...I hope' she thought and now felt kind of bad. "Well since I'm here early I'll reserve spots for us...or do I have to? Well since Alavda is a vampire she might already be here so I might not have to do anything..." She says aloud to herself and walks in without noticing.
She looks over and sees a guy with brown hair and walks over to him. "Hey, have you seen my friend? ...if I can call her my friend yet..Anyways, she has long black hair and jade green eyes" she asks.

Alavda was right behind Annabelle. She had no trouble keeping up with the blonde, she only hoped that they didn't loose Nyx...
"I'm right behind you, ma cherie," she whispered to Annabelle. She turned to the guy that Annabelle was addressing, curious. She pushed back some of her curly black hair behind an ear, "Sorry if we're bothering you. We're just waiting for our friend to show up now."

Nyx hadn't really had any trouble keeping up with the other two, though she did keep her eyes up toward the sky that was already starting to shift to different shades. Once she walked into Nocturne behind the other two, she quickly closed her eyes to adjust herself to the music and the darkened room.
She stopped behind Alavda and Annabelle and looked over their shoulder to the brown haired guy that they were talking to. She was not good with talking to boys at all, infact whenever come came close to her, she usually froze.
Instead of saying anything, she cleared her throat. She offered a nervous twinge of a smile at the boy before looking at her friends.
"Sorry for taking so long, I couldn't help but watch the sky turn colors on the way over here." She explained, her voice soft.

Annabelle looks over at Nyx. "I don't mind, I would have done the same thing but I didn't know if I have to reserve anything...but hey I don't know how this place works." she said with a slight laugh. She then looked around at all the other people. "I'm guessing this is a popular spot huh?" She said aloud, quite in awe of her surroundings.
