Can mine be an Ancient one and a werewolf? Is that allowed? Or an Ancient one and fairy?

Are you asking for two seperate characters or for one character thats two different things? You can have two characters and one of them can be an Ancient One.. but because Ancient Ones are the original vampires, its not possible for them to be mixed with any other supernatural creature.. so, if you were asking if you could create An Ancient/? character then thats not possible.
There's no rule on how many characters a person can have as long as they are active with all of them and the member can keep their characters straight and in character.

Ok. So only an Ancient one then. Do I need to create another account if I want one other character besides Kanna? Or can I create 2 characters on this account?

You need to create a different account for each character, because your user name will be the name of the character that you RP as. Its easier to keep things in order that way.
