What Makes You Who You Are
Personality:
Jak is very cool and aloof. He thinks he is the greatest sorcerer ever and has a very conceited air about him. He is very smart mouthed and sarcastic, but he can be very smooth with the ladies. He is quite the "ladysman" in his own words. Aside from his narcasistic attitude, he is very calm and level-headed. He can laugh at almost anything, even directed at him. It takes quite a bit to make him angry.
Appearance
He is about 6 feet tall (give or take), and has long, brown hair. He bleached his hair at some point in the past, but has grown it almost completely out, leaving about an inch, from the tips up, blonde. He wears a black jacket that appears to be older than he is with a red shirt underneath that has his family name's Code of Arms insigniated on the front. He usually has a look of smugness on his face. He has the rebel's eyebrow piercing on his left brow. He has light, grey/green eyes and a cleft chin with a "soul patch" (the facial hair beneath the bottom lip). He wears faded jeans with frays at the bottom and worn out, black Converse All-Stars from 2008.

Jak wants to be the greatest guitarist/one-man-band in the world
Fears:
Jak has but three fears: failure and letting his temper get the best of him are the two more insignificant. Jak's deepest, darkest fear has much more power over him. When Jak was little, he was forced away from his home in Ireland by a terribly malevolent and virulent power. Jak had heard legends from his grandfather about their family being descended from a great sorcerer hero who ended a great evil. The evil was sealed inside a mask that granted dark powers to those who donned it. The evil had been believed to be vanquished, but it was slowly regenerating over the millenia. It was a mask in the shape of a heart, decorated with hypnotic colors which the likes of adamite eyes have never seen. There was something called the "Voldemort Effect" with this evil. The evil's name must never be spoken, or it will find you. This evil's name... was Magrandelus. Thanks to recent technology, inspiration of the myth, and one man's idea, the mask had a new alias which it is safe to refer it to. Jak knows the evil that wants to destroy his family. Jak knows its true name. But to keep his little section of family under the radar, he refers to the evil by a given name. Majora. It is his favorite game, after all.

History:
Jak was born the son of an amateur rockstar and a sorceress. His father, Gerald, was an up-and-comer during the time of his birth, so he lived most of his childhood with his mother in Ireland up until he was 8 years old. Jak was told that his father's career suddenly died and the family needed to leave Ireland immediately. However, this didn't stop Jak from finding out the real reason. Jak discovered that his family was being plagued by and evil spirit that would not be silenced. Before Jak had to leave with his mother to America to move in with his father, Jak only caught one glimpse of the terror that plagues the deepest reaches of his mind. Jak and his mother, although narrowly escaping death, safely made it to America. Jak's life quickly reverted to normal when living with both of his parents. During that time, Jak's father taught him everything he thought to be important about music. This was Jak's first taste of rebellion. His mother, however, was a very upstanding person and was what kept Jak out of trouble. She disciplined him and taught him the line between good and bad. Jak swore to his mother that he would never get involved with drugs or alcohol, and so he was the innocent rebel. As he grew older, stopped being so innocent, only in the sense that he learned the term, "sarcasm". As he grew older, he learned how to play guitar and discovered that he was a sorcerer. His mother's powers had always been a secret from his father, so his mother still continues to educate Jak in secret to this day. Jak's family line can be dated back to the middle-ages. His ancestors were of royal knights and the like, which is why he wears his family's Code of Arms. Over time, Jak learned to amplify and control his magic to better extents by playing it through his guitar.

Strength:
Jak is very comprehensive and perceptive. He is strong and well built (but not vampire strong), agile, and quick-witted. He is also considered to be a genius, but hates the attention given by that (only likes the attention from everything else) and pretends to be dense at times.
Weakness:
Jak is very conceited and self-absorbed. He will often let himself get to his head and start taking things less seriously than need be.
What kind of Magic Do you Specialize In:
Jak specializes in offensive magic. He can cast many spells that it would take years for evenly balanced sorcerers to learn, but on the other hand, he barely knows any defensive magic and absolutely no supplementary (healing/power increasing) magic except for one original transformation spell. He needs, not only his guitar, but a base line to perform it. It transform's him into Japas, from the Zelda game, Majora's Mask. He looks exactly like him and gets all the powers of Mikau, the zora character you play as in the game. He is able to swim incredibly fast and versitily, he has fins on his arms that harden into blades and can fly out like homing boomerangs, and, while swimming, he can create a magic shield that not only protects him, but causes damage to those who touch it. Jak does have one more thing, and it is still technically magic. Jak stole a pair of runed gloves from a hunter a few years ago that gives him vampire strength. Jak supplies teh magic to therune so it doesn't wear out as easily.
