Weekend Visit to the Cove

[Bree Aldertree]

Bree had to think heavily before she answered, after all.. the thing Bree enjoyed doing most of all was misbehaving. After thinking a few seconds, she finally nodded, "Yep, I can do that Bree," she said and grinned a goofy grin.

She cleared her throat and tried to look innocent, "So, lets try it out!" She said and started to walk back out to where everyone else was.

It took everything in her power to walk normally instead of doing anything typical Bree. When she arrived back with Nate and Alavda, she smiled up at Nate.

"Sorry, I hope I wasn't gone too long." She said, then smiled at Alavda.

[Annabelle Ventus]

Annabelle smiles mischievously once again and looks at her. "Let's do this!" She says loudly and pops out from behind the tent and slightly walks fast over to the group and stops abruptly and looks down at Jak who was in the water. An idea came into her head and she takes Nate's shoulder and Bree/Belle's shoulder and points to the water. "Ya, A.B. was trying to think of some crazy ideas you know..but I was thinking, Beanie here has a great idea...you guys should take a dip..." She and links their arms and pushes them in together. She couldn't help but laugh.

"Hey Natey-poo don't let her get too cold now! Try to hold onto her, like this!" She says and puts one arm on her shoulder and the other one on her hip. When she sees him look over slightly she takes her chance to winks at Bree/Belle and starts to laugh. She was already enjoying herself. Though she was slightly jealous of Bree at the moment. She didn't let that show on her face though.

[Alavda Noir]

Before Nick had a chance to respond or say anything for that matter, Belle suddenly came out of the tent and came toward the group. Alavda couldn't put her finger on it, but something seemed slightly...off. Maybe it was her imagination...
"Hey Belle," Alavda said in response to Belle's smile at her. Suddenly Bree came on the scene. Her eyes widened in surprise when she pushed Belle and Nate into the water, "I guess that's just how they're going to get in the water from now on today, isn't it?" Alavda tried to joke about the situation, "Oh, poor Belle!" she said when Bree made the comment that Nate should hold onto Belle to keep her warm.

[Bree Aldertree]

When Belle (as Bree) pushed Bree (as Belle) into the water after she linked their arms, Bree squealed. Once she stood up in the water she giggled. However when Belle made the comment to Nate that he shouldn't let her get cold, Bree's eyes widened. Nate reached out to hug her but Bree avoided his arms and simply took his hand and patted it.

"Thats okay Nate.... I'm not cold." She said even though her teeth were chattering slightly. She then realized that she wasn't doing a very good job of being Belle, because Belle really wouldn't dismiss a chance to be hugged by Nate and so she smiled what she hoped was a sheepish smile and held out her arms, "Actually I guess I am, are you still offering that hug?" She asked.

She widened her eyes at Belle when no one else was really looking, and made sure to keep a little distance between herself and Nate. She giggled nervously and bit her lip to keep from making some Bree'ish comment.

"Is anyone else planning on getting in?" She asked.

[Jessa Johanson]

Jessa looked from Bree to Belle and back, her eyebrows knitted together the way they always do when she's concentrating. Belle was acting a little strange, but Jessa figured she was just overthinking things. She walked closer to Alavda and Nick and poked Nick in the side just enough to tickle.

"What was it that you whispered to Bree?" She asked, tilting her head and smiling curiously.

[Annabelle Ventus]

Belle (as Bree) smiles at her achievement one more time then looks at Bree (who's Belle and smiles. "I will!" She says then hears that dreaded popping sound again. She looks down and sees Bree being her original self and couldn't help but fall over laughing when she saw Nate's reaction. She then her another pop and saw she was herself again as well, though that didn't stop her from laughing uncontrollably.

"I'm so sorry Nate, but it was too hard to resist!" She said between laughs and breathing attempts.

[Nick Hampton]

Nick felt hands on him and turned his head slightly. "Oh? Well...you see, I asked Bree if her and Belle could switch places..and this was the result." He says putting his hand out toward Belle, Bree, Jak and Nate's direction. He then laughed when he saw the scene between Bree and Nate.

"Alavda..y-our friend is brilliant.." He said, slightly scared to talk to Alavda, she seemed...like she didn't really want him there, which should be normal with him but it seemed weird because of the atmosphere with the rest of the group.

[Nate Brightmore]

Nate frowned slightly at Belle's hesitation at letting him hug her, but relaxed when she finally let him. He was just thinking of kissing her forehead when the pop happened and he looked down at saw Bree standing there looking up at him.

Instead of saying anything, Nate simply blinked and looked up at Belle then back down at Bree. Bree just smiled at him, giving her usual mischevious grin. Nate pulled his arm away from her and shook his head, a slight grin on his face though he was trying to fight it.

[Bree Aldertree]

Bree giggled, and pretended to pout when Nate pulled his arm away.

"Awe come on Natey-Poo, don't you want to hug me no more? I thought we really had something." She said and grinned her mischevious grin.

Nate looked at her a moment then put his hand on top of her head. She thought he was just going to pat her but instead he pushed her under for a short moment. When she came back up, she shook her head fast, splashing water all over Nate. She then stuck her tongue out at him and swam away before he had a chance to retaliate.

[Alavda Noir]

The whole situation was bother Alavda. Her nose was really bothered...it was like a whole bunch of flowers with clashing scents were blooming all at once. Then the popping noises happened, "Well that explains everything..." she laughed at Nate's reaction.

She looked over at Nick and noticed that he seemed to be intimidated by her, so she gave him a friendly smile, "She is, isn't she?" she resisted the urge to ruffle his hair, "You're pretty clever yourself, you know."

[Jak Chase]

Jak had been under the deep part of the pool for a while now. He was waiting for everyone to forget about him. Once he was certain they did, he leaped out of the water, causing a splash onto anyone near his surface point. "What'd I miss?"

[Annabelle Ventus]

After Belle had calmed down, she crawled closer to the edge and looked at Nate. "I'm sorry for being so cruel towards you, I just had to act like Bree and that seemed like something she would do at the time...though I have to say, it was more hilarious then I thought it was gonna be." She said giggling a bit.

"..but do you forgive me?..I'll be sad if you don't but I'll understand.." She said looking down.

[Jessa Johanson]

"Oh I see, thats pretty clever. I wonder how she did that." Jessa said and once more looked from Belle to Bree. She was in deep concentration until she felt water splash on her which caused her to jump.

"Eeep!" Jessa squealed and jumped away from the water. Her eyes were wide as she looked at Jak. She put her hand on her chest and giggled nervously, kind of ashamed of the reaction she gave to water being splashed on her.

[Nate Brightmore]

Nate looked at Annabelle for a moment, and then without saying anything, he leaned over and kissed her on the forehead. When he pulled back, he was smiling.

"It was pretty funny. I think Bree is rubbing off on you though, I'll have to keep an eye out for that." He said teasingly, and pushed some of her hair away from her face.

[Neah Brightmore]

Neah smiled as she watched her brother with Annabelle. She sat down on a rock close to the water and let her feet slide in. It was a little cool, but the water felt wonderful. She kicked her feet back and forth slightly, not big enough to make any splashes.

She laid back on the rock and closed her eyes, relaxing. She was close to drifting off to sleep.
