Micah attempted a bashful smile when he was questioned about his request for blood in his wine. He ran his fingers through his hair.
"I know, it may seem strange.. but it's a habit that I picked up from an old hunter I came across in my youth while I was out on a mission. He claimed that consuming a little bit of blood ever so often would help boost the immune system, as well as give the energy a little boost. I tried it when I had come down with a terrible sickness and felt I was on my death bed, it healed me right away.. so now I try to have a few drops every couple of weeks." He said.
He then smiled at Alex, "After all, I wouldn't want to risk getting into poor health after I just met such a wonderful lady, would I?"

Dakota had heard Neah and just waved to her. "Tell her I'll meet up with her later on tonight. I have this feeling I won't be able to see her much after today." He commented. Now that he was sitting at a both all by himself, he was rather bored. So bored infact that he couldn't help but look back over at Alex and Micah.
So, it was frowned upon for a hunter to drink blood. Well, now it made since why both sides hated him so much. But that was beside the point. He was now overly curious as to why Neah and Nate's uncle would break such a rule...there had to be a reason.

"Really? I've never heard of that before," she thought back through her many years of existence, "But I suppose that makes sense. Perhaps that's how we vampires survived all these years!"
"I am very glad that you are all better now. I would hate to miss out on a RICH and handsome gentleman like you," she did that creepy giggle thing again, "although I assure you that your poor health will be scared off by my utter beauty!"

Pepper, as she carried the wine with blood mixed in (she never understood the appeal), was still confused by the hunter. Was he part vampire like Dakota was? Maybe he was confused as to what he was like Edward was. That had to be it. No hunter ever drank blood....right?
She came to the table and set their drinks down, "Are you ready to order?" she would not have been surprised if he ordered a raw steak at this point.

Gianna was starting to get slightly giddy, "Well, then a wave of the napkin you shall have, sir," she giggled as she picked up a napkin, "Ready?" she looked at Brianna, then Anti, an impish grin starting to form on her face, "Begin," she dropped the napkin on the table instead of waving it.
Then she took a bite of her own food, "Mmm..." she nearly closed her eyes, appreciating the taste, "You're right. The food's excellent," she smiled at Raphael again.

Micah chuckled when Alex said that his poor health would surely be chased away by her beauty. He took a sip of his wine, placed the glass back on the table, then took Alex's hand back in his. He tried to ignore how manly it was, and the aweful sound of her giggling.. instead, he pretended that it was adorable.. forcing himself to remember his goal.. to win Alex.
"You have nothing to worry about amore mio, even if I were on my deathbed, I would still find a way to be with you tonight. A night with such a woman is not something to miss." He said.
He could feel someone watching him, and out of the corner of his eye, he could make out Dakota.. the halfling that was related to his niece and nephew. The thought of being watched only made him grin even wider.. yes, he would find out more about Dakota as well.. if he was close to Nate and Neah, then perhaps he was worthy of his attention as well...
He was broken from his thoughts when Pepper returned to take their order, "I'll have a steak, but medium well please.. just slightly pink." He said, smiling charmingly at Pepper.

Grapha chuckled at Riley's embarrassment. "No, no, you're right. She's one scary hunter lady." Grapha chuckled at Szayel, who gave them both a glare that spoke "really guys?" However, Szayel smelled blood enter the room. He spied on over to see a hunter that looked very much like Nathaniel receiving it. Szayel examined Micah with a glance that could pick out sacrelidge from a mile away. Grapha turned around back to face the table after a moment. Szayel simply shifted his gaze to his drink glass, a little disturbed.

Raphael watched Anti and Brianna as they began eatting their food quickly. He had a smile on his face, but he shook his head, "Ah.. it's a pity that you will be eatting far to fast to really enjoy the experience of such exquisite food." He said.
When Gianna took a bite of her food, it brought a more warming smile to Raphael's face. "I'm very happy to hear that you enjoy it. My sandwich is quite tasty too, you wouldn't think a club would taste this good, but the way each ingrediant interacts with the others is simply... magnificent. Here, close your eyes and open your mouth.. I'll let you try a bite to see what you think." He said.
He carefully cut off a piece of his sandwich that he hadn't touched yet, just a big enough piece for her to be able to chew once he placed it in her mouth. But as he was about to hold it up, a thought came to him and worrylines appeared between his eyes.
"Forgive me, I hope I am not being too forward to suggest such a thing though.." He said.

Alex did that giggle thing yet again because she somehow KNEW that Micah adored her laugh! She'd have to laugh that way every time he was around her. She glanced at her painted nails. She had painted them right after she curled her hair. They were utterly perfect. She was glad that she decided to take the time since he loved to hold her hand!
She was about to say something when Pepper, that smelly lycan waitress, came to get their order, "Oh, I'll just have some of that type A tomato soup," she didn't bother to say please.

Gianna also watched Bri and Anti have their little contest. She couldn't hold back a smile. She only hoped that they enjoyed it as they scarfed it all down....were they even chewing?
"I've always been intrigued by how certain combinations of food are so appealing to the taste buds. It's like painting, but with food. It's an art all in itself."
A light blush formed on her cheeks when Raphael offered to feed her part of his sandwich, "No, I don't think it's too forward at all. Actually, I think it's kind of...sweet," she had seen the worried look in his eyes and it made her heart squeeze. She wasn't the only one who was nervous about the thoughts and actions one might choose to do, "I'm completely okay with it," she gave him one of her sweetest smiles to prove it before closing her eyes and opening her mouth, deciding to take a small chance for once. She didn't think she'd regret it.

Dakota noticed that he had gotten Micah's attention, and that he was now grinning. Why was he grinning? There was something up...and Dakota didn't like it. He was too distracted when he looked over to see the girl from earlier and Anti having what looked to be a food eating contest. Who was this girl? If she was a girl at all...more like one of the guys to be truthful..but she did seem to be holding her weight..well kind of, it seem to be that Anti was winning right now.
Dakota then shook his head away from that and looked back over at Neah and Cora. He was hoping neither one of them was mad at him. He just didn't know how he would feel putting either one of them in danger of Thomas. Speaking of him, where was he? Dakota half expected him to pop out of nowhere, yelling at everyone to find out where Cora would be. Maybe he just had realized Cora wasn't back yet?

So he wasn't going to get raw meat. Fine fine...it made him less creepy, she supposed...
"Alright, I'll have it right out for you guys," she grinned before moving to Neah and Cora's table, "Hey you two! Sorry I took so long. It's like I'm the only one out on the floor today," she laughed, "I'll be your server today, can I start you girls out with some drinks?" then she remembered that she already got Neah's order, "Neah, did you want me to transfer your stuff over here for you?"

Riley picked up on the change of atmosphere then sniffed the air, but attempted to make it not very noticable. She caught onto the scent as well and glanced over. Sure if the hunter person was drinking wine laced with blood then it would be strange, but it really wasn't any of her business. He looked kind of scary anyway.
She looked back at Szayel and then Grapha and frowned, "Um.. so... what else is there in Shadow Peak, oh great tour guide?" She asked, trying to get Szayel to focus on something other than something that made him angry.

Raphael felt his cheeks get hot as he returned Gianna's smile. He thought she was absolutely beautiful when she smiled.
"Okay," he said, extremely glad that he didn't overstep. He picked up the bite of sandwich that he had cut for her, and carefully placed it in her mouth. A small crumb of bread had broken off and landed on her lip, so he carefully rubbed it off with his thumb. His touch just barely noticable.
He cleared his throat, "Keep your eyes closed as you chew and focus on each individual taste. I think that sometimes you can almost taste the love that was given to each ingrediant as it was growing or prepared." he half whispered.

Neah had just finished telling Cora about Dakota meeting her a little later tonight when Pepper arrived at the table. When Pepper asked her if she wanted her to transfer her order over to this table, Neah blinked and looked back to where the other three were sitting.
"Oh how rude of me, I didn't even let them know that I was moving tables.." she said, then she had an idea, "actually Pepper, would it be alright if Cora and I just went back to that table? I mean, there's no need to mess up yet another table. Oh and I'll pay for Cora and my cousin's bill if that would be okay." She said smiling.
She turned to look at cora, "That's if it's okay with you to go over there.. they seem to be really nice people." she said, assuring Cora of the other three from the other table.
"...if.. you wish." Cora whispered in response.
