"That is what you ALWAYS say!" Keria laughed and continued to hug her friend. She then looked over at Taylor and rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but let a rather loud laugh escape her lips when Alona hit Taylor. She then looked back at Jordan again and..wait..was that a blush on his face?? She made him blush huh? Then Pepper chimed in on her comment of bringing him to the nightclub.
"Oh him? No...he doesn't seem like the type...don't want to put him out of his comfort zone." She smiled then looked at Scott and nodded. "Don't worry, Pepper won't hurt you, she is the nicest pup I have ever met." She grinned happily and then looked at Alona and frowned slightly.
"...You look terrible..what happened?" She asked, her tone of voice matching her frown.

Alona grinned at Keira kind of sheepishly. "Nothing much, got into a bit of a fight is all." She took on her brother's same cocky grin. "But you should see the other guy!"
She noticed they were talking about Jordan, and grinned again. "Jordan, clubbing?" She laughed heartily. "That is pretty funny. The only club I can see him going to is a poetry reading club. Honestly, that boy needs to get out more." She shook her head, grinning about it.
"Oh! But he DOES like dancing! Not club dancing but stuff like tango and swing and jazz."

Pepper giggled, "I guess I do always say that!" but her grin turned into a cute pout when Keira called her a pup, "I'm not a puppy!" she complained, "My mom says so," she sniffed.
"Well, maybe he needs help getting out of his comfort zone," she shook her head, "Or if you want someone to party with, I should introduce you to my cousin, Rick. He LOVES to party."
She lightly smacked Keira on the arm for her bluntness toward Alona, "Keira!" but she calmed down when she saw that Alona didn't seem to mind.
Then she turned back to Scott, "So, do you want me to meet you somewhere after work today?"

"A fight huh? Well..I'm glad to know you are at least alive and breathing...and I wish I could see how badly you tore the other guy up! He probably deserved it!" She nodded then looked back at Jordan and her smile turned more towards excitement when Alona said her brother could dance, and especially tango. "He can huh? Maybe..." She said then walked over towards Jordan and put her hand on his shoulder.
"Hey there...why don't you come and join us over there....a good looking guy like you shouldn't be in a corner all by his lonesome." She winked at him and then leaned against the seat, as if to wait for him to get up.

Alona grinned at Keira. "He definitely deserved it. You kidding me? He could hardly touch me." She nodded. "He's pretty good, too, trust me, I've watched. And tried, but I have two left feet." She watched Keira go over to Jordan, really getting a kick out of his reaction. He is absolutely horrible with women, especially ones as beautiful as Keira.
Jordan was peacefully reading and sipping his coffee when he felt a hand on his shoulder. Assuming it was Alona, he sipped at his coffee again, but the scent of ginger and her voice filled his ears and nose.
"Hey there...why don't you come and join us over there....a good looking guy like you shouldn't be in a corner all by his lonesome." She said, and he almost did a spit take swallowing his coffee before it happened, thankfully. His face was quickly turning red, and her winking at him didn't help anything. He spluttered, unable to find something to say, and sat there, hair falling over his eyes and face and ears burning.

Keria saw as Jordan about chocked on his coffee and put her hand to her lips. "Oh..are you ok?" She asked, leaning towards him and making eye contact with him, then putting a finger or two on his lower lip. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." She said, now standing up.
"If you don't want to join us, that is fine..but..I would like your company, if that is ok." She said, now noticing his whole face was now completely red. Oh, she was a bad influence on him alright.

Jordan, still blushing, coughed twice and adjusted his collar, smoothing his hair out of his face, flustered badly. " T-that's quite alright, I'm fine." He said, trying to recompose himself and failing badly. He knew it too. He figured, though, that it would be rude to deny her invitation.
"W-well, I don't see why not. I suppose I could join you if you want." His voice had gone deeper as he tried to seem more sophisticated, and it was more of a rumble than its usual smoothness. He ran his fingers through his hair once more and gathered up his book, marking the page he was on for later. It was a new novel he had just bought, and it was quite good. despite mussing with his hair, there was NO way to hide the blush that darkened his cheeks and burned his ears badly, and the knowledge of that didn't help lighten the load of embarrassment, but he didn't get much redder. He coughed once more, adjusted his tie, loosening it, and got up to follow Keira back to the table where the others were.
Alona, on the other hand, was watching the entire exchange. She couldn't help it; she broke out into laughter, her face going red from laughing so hard and tears streaming from her eyes. She had never seen her usually calm and centered brother this flustered before, and MAN was she ever getting a kick out of it.

"You know..you are cute when you are nervous...." Keria brought up to him as she walked back over to to Alona, who was laughing rather loudly. "Are you ok? First, I come in and see you all beat up...and now you are dying at my feet with laughter.." She smirked, putting her hands on her hip and tilting it slightly. She then looked back at Jordan again and saw he had followed her.
"I really am glad you will be joining us..." She said, and once he sat down, she sat right next to him. "Hope you don't mind.." She said in a flirty tone and gave him one of the looks Alavda herself had given plenty of times, the one that made guys want to drop whatever they were doing.

Jordan coughed again, trying to hide his blush. It went away somewhat when he saw Alona, but then only came back darker as he realized she was laughing at his being flustered. He was worried, though, that she would hurt herself or reopen wounds with how hard she was laughing. He sat, and Keira sat next to him, kind of close. The proximity of her closeness kept him flustered, for he was absolutely no good with women unless they were elderly or children, and it wasn't much better he did then, either.
He shook his head when she asked if he minded her being so close. "Its no trouble at all." She threw him one of those looks, and he blushed even deeper, unknowing what to say or do. He took the chivalrous route.
"A-a-are you thirsty? Hung-gry?" He asked, his voice failing him, but not squeaking too badly, at least.

Alona sat up, holding her sides and wiping her eyes, the last vestiges of her laughter fading away into giggles. "I'm fine, I'm fine. But that was TOO funny. I've never seen Jordan that flustered before! How did you DO that?!" Alona grinned widely, amused by her eldest brother's reactions to everything Keira said or did.

Keria smiled when he asked her pretty much if she wanted anything and she shook her head. "No, I actually only came here to see Pepper, and then I ran into your sister, your brother, and you..it was actually quite a pleasant surprise." She smiled then leaned up against him.
"You don't mind do you? I'm just a bit tired." She smiled but leaned up slightly, knowing he might just say no.

Jordan didn't know what to say, for he was rather flustered right now. "W-wel, I must say it was a rather nice surprise to see you again as well, Keira. Do you mind if I call you K-keira? Or perhaps miss....um...." He lost his train of thought, for she leaned up against him, resting on his shoulder.
"You don't mind do you? I'm just a bit tired." She said, leaning up towards him. His ears began to burn again, and he shook his head ever so slightly, wanting to run his fingers through his hair again but just letting his bangs fall in front of his face some. "O-of c-course I don't mind. I-if your tired, g-go ahead and rest."

Keria laughed as Jordan asked her what he should call her. "Keria is fine...beautiful is better." She winked then laid against him since he said she could and smiled up at him.
"You know..you are rather comfy..I think I could actually fall asleep. And ask you asked me earlier..what did you come here for? Aren't you hungry..or thirsty?" She smiled then looked over at Alona.
"So I look comfy or what?" She snickered.

Jordan was too flustered to say anything proper, so he just let her lean on him and blushed, looking down at the table, almost frowning, not knowing what to do. It wasn't an unhappy frown, just a confused one. When she said he was comfy, it kind of made him chuckle at the memories that statement brought up, but kept the blush on his face all the same.
"Ah, I tend to come here for a place to read when home life is too busy, or I want to get out of the house for a good cup of coffee or tea. I'm alright, actually, I had a bagel and coffee earlier." He actually managed to speak without stammering this time, mainly because it was something easy to talk about and respond to.
Alona was still getting a kick out of her brother's embarrassment to Keira, and knew she would have something to bug him about later. "You DO look comfy. I gotta find ME a comfy guy." She said, grinning mischievously.

"Oh? Really? That's cool..and a busy life huh? What all do you do? And just a bagel...how is this...later, you and I go out, and I'll actually make you something to eat, ok?" She smiled then looked back at Alona.
"It will come, trust me.." She smiled then looked back up at Jordan, about to ask him a question she thought would have a funny response.
"Do you think I'm pretty, Jordan?" She smiled innocently at him, though her intent was far from innocent.
