Scott looked back up at Pepper, now very much calmed down. He had to be after watching what Jordan was going through. Scott made a mental note to himself that he was greatful he wasn't THAT bad around girls. He was almost so fixed on taking that mental note that he nearly missed what Pepper was saying. He nodded his head and smiled.
"Yeah, I would love to meet up with you later...how about...um...the school, by the front doors..and then we'll go from there...who knows, maybe we'll go down a path that might lead to something breathtaking, or exciting, or even adventurous." His smile now becoming wider.

Pepper found the whole thing between between Jordan and Keira kind of cute. Of course, she thought that Keira might get bored with Jordan after a day or two. She wandered if she should say something now to let him off easy, or to just let the cards fall.
"Oh good!" she flashed a sunny smile at Scott, "I get off in two hours, maybe an hour if things die down," she giggled, "adventurous...sounds exciting. I'll see you then," she turned to go check on other tables.
She went to Nyx's table, "Hey there! Ready to order?"

"Ah, so you are ready to leave?" Raphael asked, attempting to keep any sound of disappointment out of his voice. He stood up to allow Gianna the ability to exit the booth if she'd like.
When he heard Brianna say that they had things to do, he offered a smile, "Yes, we wouldn't want to keep you from things you must do. Hopefully I'll see you soon," he said.
Hearing Brianna say what she did about romance, he could feel his cheeks getting warm again. He offered his hand to Gianna, "It was very good to meet you." He said.

"Ah, good thinking.. wouldn't want to risk you getting tired of me so soon. Not that that would happen," Anti said and winked.
He stood up and waited for Brianna to move, "So I'm sure that I'll see you around, but maybe we should exchange numbers just incase you miss me before we get a chance to hang out again." He said.

Cora was painfully aware of time passing and knew that she should be leaving now, especially since Alex was in the restaurant. She was very uncomfortable at the table with people she didn't know, so leaving sounded very good to her. She knew that Dakota would meet up with her before she returned to the castle because Neah had told her.
She turned to look at Neah and noticed that Neah was troubled about something but trying very hard not to show it. Neah was sitting very stiffly and was trying hard not to look over at the table where Alex and the man were sitting. Cora was going to ask if everything was okay but then decided against it.
"T.. thank you for allowing me to sit with you, but I.. sh..should be going." She whispered.
Neah offered a smile, "No problem, it was nice seeing you."
Cora offered a smile in return and stood up. She nodded a fairwell to the others and after glancing in Dakota's direction, she walked out the door.

Nyx looked up from her book when Pepper spoke.
"Hmm? ooh... no, I think I'll stick with the tea." She said. She reached for the tea to take another sip and realized it was empty, "Oh, could I get a refill on it? I must have drank it all while I was reading."
She then studdied her friend for a moment, and her eyes widened, "You're almost glowing Pepper, that could only mean one thing.. you've made a connection!" Nyx whispered excitedly. She looked around until she spotted the table where the lycan boys were sitting, "Is it the new lycan boy sitting over there? He's really cute..." she said, turning back to Pepper.

Van Kleiss slowly strolled into the restaurant, Lavender locked onto his arm for dear life. He had his condescending smile on as always, definitely looking like an aristocrat. It was a reputation he'd earned in town. He saw Cora coming his way, so he used the studded cane he brought with him to block her way. He did love giving the girl that delisciously frightened face she got whenever she saw him.
"Cora, dear. What are you doing out away from the castle?" His tone was mocking and cold with a touch of pleasure in tormenting her.

Cora let out a quiet shriek when Van Kleiss blocked her way. She instantly looked up at him, then quickly looked at the ground.
"I... I was h....having d..dinner with so..some friends fr..from school.." she whispered. She stiffened her arms at her sides, balling her hands into fists in order to keep them from shaking.

"Unforturnately yes," Gianna wasn't sure if she hid her disappointment in leaving out of her voice well enough, "I gotta sort through some of my bigger pieces," she slid out of the booth.
"Most certainly meet again very soon," she grinned. When she heard Anti wanting to exchange numbers with Brianna, she made a happy sound, "Oh! That's a good idea," she said to Raphael, "Want to exchange numbers in case I'm not at the school anytime soon?"
She took his offered hand, a little scared that she'd be left speechless again. She could barely contain a giddy smile that threatened to make her burst into nervous giggling, "You too. It was a pleasure," she managed a normal smile that she felt wouldn't make her seem like a giggling fool, but still got it to be sunny and natural.

"So just a drink today?" she repeated the request out of habit, "I can' most certainly get you a refill!" she was burning to tell Nyx about the new lycan boy, but knew that she should probably mind her waitressing duties.
So when Nyx asked her about it, Pepper's smile widened so much that it threatened to take up her whole face, "I'm glowing?" she held her arm out, almost dreamily, trying to see if she was actually glowing. Nope. "Yes! It was the new lycan boy!" she clutched the empty tray she was holding to her chest almost like it were a pillow, "He is do dreamy!" her eyes were shining, "His eyes are the best shade of green! It's so easy to get lost in them! Oh! But he's so shy...I felt almost bad, but I'm sure that I can get him out of his shell," her expression darkened a bit, "But I feel sort of bad...I mean, Taylor's been flirting with me and hitting on me a bit before Scott..but I haven't seen Taylor in so long, and there's something so wholesome about Scott..." she looked unsure of what to do.

Nyx put her book down on the table and pulled Pepper's hand so that Pepper was sitting beside her.
"I'm sure that he's very nice.. and green is the best color!" Nyx said, her eyes taking on a dreamy quality now as well. She frowned, thinking over what Pepper said about Taylor.
"Well, right now you aren't dating Taylor and so you can be friends with this... Scott. As long as you make no promises to either one of them, you aren't doing anything wrong. This allows you to be friends with both and see which one you prefer.." she said, "which makes you a very lucky girl!" she gushed.

Raphael brought Gianna's hand up to his lips and kissed it. He then gave her fingers a light squeeze before letting go.
"I'd love that," he said, referring to them exchanging numbers. He took out his cellphone and got it to the screen where she could input her information and then handed it to her. He then gave her his phone number.
"Would tomorrow be too soon to call?" He asked, already wanting to meet her again, "Perhaps we can get together and go over the photographs that I told you about."

Van Kleiss chuckled at Cora. "You should hurry home. Your master is in great need of cheering up, and I know how you always bring a smile to his face." Van Kleiss smiled ever so evilly. He let her pass and continued walking with Lavender. He led her to the V.I.P seats in the corner where a man in a suit raised to bar for them. He noticed that Alexandra was here with that Micah fellow and hoped that nobody noticed each other.

Gianna felt her cheeks go pink when Raphael kissed her hand. She had always read about men doing that and seen it in movies, but she didn't think that it'd ever happen to her. Her heart started beating faster.
She put in her information then put his into her phone, "Excellent," she said, drawing out the "x" sound in the word.
She wanted to say "Not soon enough!" but didn't, being too shy to say it. Instead she said, "Not too soon at all! Call me anytime. I'm completely free," she smiled, "And I'd love to see the photographs," then she added a bit shyly, "Maybe I can show you some of my sketches, too."

Cora fought back a whimper and darted out the door when Van Kleiss moved out of her way. She went to the side of the building and waited for a few minutes.
She wasn't in a hurry to get back to the castle, especially if Thomas was in a bad mood like Van Kleiss said, but she also wasn't going to stay away all night.
